Please look at the sizing chart and measure your pet accordingly. If your pet has a 12" in. neck or below, then the 13-1/2" in. chain will fit, but if it has a 13" in. neck, then you will have to buy the next size up for proper wear, always leave about an inch for your pet's comfort.
